  4. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    No.  You cannot cancel your order.  This is because we strive to ship your order as soon as possible.

  5. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

    Only products that are delivered faulty can be returned.  In this case, notify us of the damaged state of your item within 48 hours.  Always make sure the returned item is exactly as delivered to you-with tags or so, when returning.
